Are we nearly there yet?

In the middle of our longest day - 13 hours of walking. Tal looks at me disbelievingly, after we'd been told that this valley ended with a horseshoe 'bridge' so we didn't have to lose altitude to get to the next valley. As you can see, we actually had to go down at least 300 metres, wade across a freezing river, then climb up again, to keep going west.

Hey, we look back and we laugh.
