My taxi driver

Luis was the man who drove me from the airport upon my arrival in Bolivia, and drove me back upon my departure. The Bolivian equivalent of a cheery Cockney, he offered to drive me all around Bolivia, which despite a low daily rate of around $20, would have stretched my budget not to mention itinerary since Bolivia is the size of Spain and France combined, and has some of the worst roads in the world.

Nice guy though and atypically Bolivian Aymara Indian in appearance.
